Fine condition original WWI German Mauser three pocket ammo pouch that is clearly manufacturer marked EDUARD POSEN & CO. OFFENBACK A/M and dated 1915 on the back. Also has an indistinct ink stamped marking on the back. This great looking piece has soft and supple leather with nice original light color and shows little wear, stitching and rivets are all nice and tight. Pouch is complete with all flap straps and studs, belt loops, internal dividers, etc. Has nice form, not collapsed. Has a field repaired tear on one pouch flap. Very nice looking example of this tough to find WWI German ammo pouch with sharp clear markings.
