Here is an original Camillus Marine Stiletto. Finely etched (not engraved like the fakes) USMC in a scroll panel. Camillus markings are etched as well. Like most of these knives the guard has evidence of the degredation of the zinc, infact the guard was filed down some time ago. There are some cracks that run down the handle about an inch to an inch 1/2 . The handle is stable but does have these. The guard must have been falling apart as to while it was filed down. the blade is almost mint. Just slight age discoloring, The milling marks are fully visable. The tip is intact. More like a surgical instrument than a utilitarian weapon. Again this is an original and sadly some one filed the guard down. Oh well, great blade. Thansk for looking!
