Army Balloon Corps balloon pilot and observer wing badges, shoulder patches, hat and collar pins, uniforms, period advertisements, gear, and related ephemera. There are sections on: fantasy pieces, copies and fakes;references and resources;along withsuggestions on conservation and preservation. It even holds a few surprises for the seasoned collector.
If you are a WWI aviation collector, this is a must have reference book for your shelf. Much of the data were reviewed by Duncan Campbell before he passed away.
