This hard to find book tells the complete story of this unit from 1917 to 1919 including its activities state side, training overseas and the battles, areas and sectors they were involved in France including the famous Meuse-Argonne Offensive. Extensive detail includes individual small unit info, casualty lists, soldiers’ decorations and citations, the complete unit roster, special unit sketches, and reports on various tasks including bridge construction and tank defense. Also included are an original photo that is copied in the book and a copy of a poem on the battle of Montfaucon during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive. Book rates very good condition overall with a good tight binding and features an impressive cover with great detail and design. 415 pages long with lots of great photos. Published shortly after WWI.
