FRANCES BRUNDAGE DECORATION DAY Tuck PC, CHILDREN LISTEN TO SOLDIER'S STORY :
$16
This is an imposing, unsigned FRANCES BRUNDAGE series, featuring rich color, and loving detail throughout! From Tuck's, DECORATION DAY SERIES 173, the card is firm, deeply embossed, and postmarked 1910. There is a bit of evident tip and edge-wear, which I have found more the case with this series, than not. There is gold highlighting to the frame, verse below ("Nobly they died in Freedom's name"), and lavish gold highlighting to the entire image. There are a couple of slight surface-specks to the soldier's uniform, and also on the knees of the boy. Still, it is a richly detailed presentation, and part of a coveted and collectible Brundage series; fair/good, with the interior good plus! NOTE: NEW LOWER S/H FOR WINS OF $10.00 or less, in the USA only. I can now ship ONE postcard win, of $10.00 or less, in a rigid sleeve, in a smaller envelope. Again, this is for ONE postcard win only, as over that weight, it ups the postal price. When this is the case, after sale I will invoice you for $1.50 (in USA), not the typical $2.00 S/H, for your ONE postcard win, IF it is $10.00 or less. However, I will need to enter this myself, on the invoice page, so please be patient as I get to this after all sales close. For wins over $10.00, I will continue to use the hard, white photo mailers, and this will be $2.00 First Class S/H (in USA), well packaged, (for up to five postcards). Our overseas shipping has gone up, and I apologize for the slight increase. S/H to Canada is now $2.25; Europe & Japan is typically $2.99, however, larger packages/higher priced wins are $3.75 with use of a hard plastic sleeve within the hard white mailer. A note about my shipping. I ALWAYS ship the same or next business day after payment, and I am not responsible for the occasional postal detour. I want you to know that I care very much about my packaging of your postcard win! I usually use the hard, white photo mailers, and I do dress the package up a bit with stickers, stamps, etc. This attempt is in hopes of a brightly presented package being less likely to detour in another direction. I am always happy to combine S/H on multiple wins and IF YOU ARE offerDING THROUGHOUT THE WEEK, PLEASE, give me a head's up and I will be glad to invoice you on Friday of that week to combine on S/H costs! Please note: IT IS E-BAY, NOT ME, THAT SENDS THOSE PLEASE-PAY-NOW NOTICES, and I would actually prefer ONE combined payment, if offerding throughout the week. ANOTHER NOTE: IF TIME ALLOWS, can you please fill out the detailed seller response, as apparently this does matter in the overall rating as far as is concerned. Please let me know if you cannot see a scan. MASS. residents to add 6.25% sales tax. As always, thanks for looking! ,
